Simulators are goal directed training equipment that use computers to dynamically model and predict system behaviors. Simulators enhance individual skill levels by providing the ability to expose trainee to numerous specific scenarios and allow immediate repetition if desired. They have the ability to introduce risky and critical situations without exposing the trainee to the risk of physical injury.
